One of the top community hospitals in the Washington, D.C. area offering leading-edge levels of care is seeking a Vice President for Physician & Service Line Development. This Vice President will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer. The hospital currently has 10 employed physicians and seeks to expand to over 50 in the next year.

The primary focus of this high visibility position is to provide the leadership to further develop a comprehensive network of healthcare services, strengthen relationships with community providers, and enhance overall patient service.  This Vice President will also have the key responsibility for guiding and directing all functions, processes, and activities related to the revenue and expense cycle, physician targets, compensation, reimbursement, and third party payor contracting.  Clinical service line development is a key focus of this newly created position.
