Client Interviews: In-depth interviews of client's key personnel involved in the selection process helps set objectives and the "total environment" surrounding the position.
Analysis: A detailed analysis highlights experience levels, educational background, and personality traits creating a composite picture of the "ideal" candidate including responsibilities, requirements, and targeted challenge areas.
Research: Extensive research and creative recruitment techniques are undertaken to assemble a list of high-potential sources and candidates.
Candidates: A candidate file is presented to the client that includes a comprehensive resume, an evaluation of relevant experience and business demeanor (based on personal, in-depth interviews conducted by WJA), salary history, and preliminary reference checks.
Interviews: WJA works closely with designated personnel to coordinate all interview arrangements between candidates and the client representative.
Investigation: Before the offer stage, a complete reference check, education verification, and when requested, a financial and criminal background investigation is conducted on the finalist.
Negotiation: WJA staff is available to assist in the development of a mutually satisfactory salary and benefits package, handling relocation details when appropriate.
