Gregory
J. Walling - Senior Partner
Mr. Walling has more than 30 years of intensive executive search
experience in health care, technology, professional, and financial
services. He has successfully conducted hundreds of assignments
for hospitals, HMO's, universities, and Fortune 500 corporations.
Greg has developed and implemented human
resource plans for a national technology corporation, health care
cost containment firm, computer software company, and several
small to mid size businesses. He has also personally conducted
many outplacement and restructuring programs for both large international
companies and small business organizations.
Prior to entering the executive search
field, Greg served as an Assistant to the Dean at the University
of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business in College Park,
MD. He is an honors graduate from the University of Maryland's
School of Business where he attained a B.S. in Human Resource
Management and an MBA with distinction.
Mary
Louise Howe - Senior Search Consultant
Ms. Howe has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration.
During her tenure with the firm Mary Louise has served as the lead
project manager on multiple hospital, managed care, and general
business search assignments. She has successfully worked for the
following client organizations: The University of Pittsburgh Medical
Center, MedStar Health, Calvert Memorial Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital,
the University of Miami Medical Center as well as NASD, PricewaterhouseCoopers,
and NBC.
Mary Louise has effectively worked on CEO,
CIO, and CFO assignments as well as many technical and specialty
oriented placements. The unique combination of her clinical and
search training has prepared her well for the 21st century.
Mary Louise has a B.S. in Nursing with
distinction from Catholic University (Washington, D.C.) and has
also completed several Master level courses at the University
of Maryland.
Michael
Yudkin - Senior Search Consultant
As a Senior Search Consultant, Mr. Yudkin has successfully led regional
and national recruitments in government affairs, non-profit, association,
health care and health and human services. Mike typically conducts
searches at the middle to senior management level (Director, VP,
SVP) for a broad range of clients. He has many key contacts within
federal, state and local, and public and private agencies as well
as within national public policy and academic institutions. Mike
frequently takes on searches that require specialized client needs
in technical systems and program areas such as TANF, Children and
Family Services, and in public financial assistance programs. Mike
attended George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
Norene Broadhurst
- Search Consultant
Ms. Broadhurst brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience
to the firm. Norene has successfully collaborated with client companies
such as St. Mary's Hospital, Prince William Health System, The Retina
Group of Washington, and Peninsula Regional Medical Center to fulfill
their executive recruitment needs.
Using her combination of educational training
and clinical work experience, Norene is able to recruit the best
candidates for our clients. Her career has been a composite of
many aspects of acute care nursing and leadership roles. She has
a keen understanding of the complex skill sets required for healthcare
leaders in the 21st century. Prior to joining the firm, Norene
held several Director level positions within healthcare organizations
in California, Maryland, and Delaware.
Norene's credentials include a B.S. in
Nursing and a Masters in Healthcare Administration with a minor
in Business Administration from Wilmington College (DE).
Kathleen Ruttum - Search Consultant
During the course of her association with the firm, Ms. Ruttum has
successfully conducted numerous Manager and Director level positions
within healthcare consulting and small business firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers,
MedStar Health, and Thos. Somerville.
Kathleen earned a BFA in Theater and a
minor in Business Administration from Catholic University in Washington,
D.C. She taught high school for several years before joining Walling
June & Associates.
Bonnie
Burke - Search Consultant
Ms. Burke brings over 20 years experience in recruitment specializing
in healthcare. Bonnie was an HR Specialist with a hospital for 10
years with her main responsibility as nurse recruiter. She also
worked in the Washington, D.C. area as a recruiter specializing
in management and administration. She is a columnist with The Daily
Times and affiliates (a Gannett Newspaper) in MD and DE writing
on any human resources related issue.
With her experience in human resources
coupled with her knowledge of healthcare recruitment, Bonnie specializes
in client development and consulting expertise for her candidates.
Bonnie is a graduate of Radford University
with a degree in Music. She is also a member of SHRM and NACHR
(National Association of Healthcare Recruiters).
